Representative Navarre brought up reconsideration of the vote on               
CSHB158(FIN)am(ct rls pfld)(efd fld) (page 1604).                              
                                                                               
The following was again before the House in third reading:                     
                                                                               
CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 158(FIN) am                                             
"An Act relating to civil actions; amending Alaska Rules of Civil             
Procedure 49, 68, and 95; amending Alaska Rule of Evidence 702;                
and providing for an effective date."                                          
                                                                               
Representative Navarre moved and asked unanimous consent that the              
reconsideration of CSHB158(FIN)am be held to the May 1, 1995,                  
calendar.                                                                      
                                                                               
Objection was heard.                                                           
                                                                               
                                                                               
Representative Toohey placed a call of the House and lifted the call.          
                                                                               
The question being:  "Shall the reconsideration of CSHB158(FIN)am              
be held to the May 1, 1995, calendar?"  The roll was taken with the

Representatives Brown and Parnell disclosed potential conflicts of             
interest.                                                                      
                                                                               
Representative Robinson moved and asked unanimous consent that she             
be allowed to abstain from voting due to a potential conflict of interest.     
Objection was heard, and Representative Robinson was required to               
vote.                                                                          
                                                                               
                                                                               
The call was satisfied.
